How do I pay my outstanding bill(s)?

Please follow the instructions below in order to pay your outstanding bills:

1)            Access the “My account/my bills” page on your online account at

2)            Select the outstanding bill(s) that you wish to pay

3)            Click on “Pay the outstanding bills” at the bottom of the page

4)            Follow the instructions

As soon as you have paid all your outstanding bills via your online account at you will immediately be able to use the service again.

Please note that if your credit/debit card details have also changed, you will need to update the details by following the instructions below and logging into your online account.
