How do I change my bank card details?

If your credit/debit card details have changed, you will need to update the details by logging into your online account at

Please go to ‘My Account’/ ‘My Subscription’. If you have multiple subscriptions, select the one that needs to be amended. Click on the ‘Edit’ button under the Payment Mode section and follow the instructions.

Please note that any outstanding bills resulting from an invalid payment card must be paid separately by following the instructions above, even after the payment details have been updated.
